A few things! Eat like an Athlete Bootcamp teaches running nutrition through a 'food freedom' lens, meaning there is absolutely no calorie counting, measuring or tracking of food. You will learn how to estimate needs using approximations such as 'fists' or 'palms.' Also, Eat like an Athlete Bootcamp was created with the FEMALE RUNNER in mind. This course caters to optimizing a woman's metabolism & hormones whether you are pre-menopause, peri-menopause or post-menopause.
